Craig is a pharmaceutical executive with an exceptional depth and breadth of experience at commercial and clinical stage biopharma companies. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Corbus Pharmaceuticals, contributing to its organizational transformation. Craig previously held leadership positions at EMD Serono, the US affiliate of Merck KGaA, where he was the Senior Vice President with P&L responsibility for several specialty business units including endocrinology and neurology / immunology. As Vice President, Commercial, at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, he helped design and build commercial infrastructure, organizational capabilities, and go-to-market strategies. Early in his career, he held marketing leadership roles for several blockbuster brands at both Pfizer Inc. and Sanofi. Craig earned an MBA from New York University and his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Pennsylvania.

John is a finance executive with 20+ years working with C-level Executives and Board members of public companies, leading several successful transformation initiatives. Before joining HLS Therapeutics, John was CFO at Inca Networks Inc. During his 10-year tenure as CFO of Vecima Networks Inc. (TSX:VCM) he held operational P&L responsibilities, monetizing non-core assets and acquiring strategic assets to grow their business. Earlier, John held senior financial positions with The Westaim Corporation (TSX:WED), including VP Corporate Development with Westaim Biomedical Corp. John holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia, a BSc from the University of Victoria. He is also designated accountant (CPA, CGA) and experienced corporate Board Member for venture-backed technology companies, including Vector 12 and LTG Lasertech.

Brian has more than 20 years of commercial experience in specialty therapeutic areas. He is the former VP of Corporate Development & Global Marketing at Corbus Pharmaceuticals. Prior to this, Brian served as VP of Marketing for US Multiple Sclerosis at EMD Serono, worked in Sales & Operations at Johnson & Johnson, and led brand strategy consulting for large pharmaceutical clients at Monitor Group. Brian holds an MBA from Oxford University and earned an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ryan has been practicing law across multiple jurisdictions for nearly 20 years. He is a former Senior Counsel at Amgen Inc., where he was responsible for the Canadian legal affairs of the company’s Canadian affiliate. He also managed the legal team and affairs of Amgen’s Intercontinental Region, comprised of Canada, Latin America, Turkey, Middle East, and Africa. Ryan is called to the bar in California and Ontario. Prior to joining Amgen, he practiced corporate law at international law firms, in San Diego, California and Toronto, Ontario, where he advised a variety of clients on corporate finance, M&A, private equity, venture capital and other types of transactions. Ryan holds a J.D. (Cum Laude) from Pepperdine University School of Law, and B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University.

Jason is a co-founding member of HLS Therapeutics Inc., with 30+ years of experience, he has assumed various senior roles across multiple sectors, including positions within the FDA, pharmaceutical companies, and venture capital all focusing on Scientific Affairs. Prior to HLS, he was a Venture Partner at MDS Capital and VP of Scientific Affairs at Cipher Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he served as a Lieutenant in the Public Health Service and was in the United States Army.

Patricia is a seasoned HR leader with a rich background in various industries, including a significant focus on pharmaceuticals. With over two decades of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge in staffing, compensation, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Before joining HLS Therapeutics, she made her mark as a consultant, advising both public and private entities, and has since been pivotal in driving HLS's HR strategy. Patricia holds an EMBA from McGill and HEC Montreal.
